“since the Spurs made the game an ugly, slow, physical wrestling match”
yeah that’d be cool but why’d you reply 6 times?
or are they? ;)
this just in a number of teams considering trying to sign kendrick perkins if he is waived by the pelicans to use as a weapon against steph curry in the playoffs. he can’t make shots if hes been knocked out
i wonder how long its going to take for hendrick motorsports in conjunction with chevrolet to start developing F1 powerplants due to the relationship they have with haas automotive. opps did i mention that. i don’t think i should have mentioned that. thats totally not at all never happening. i swear. there was…
like they aren’t gonna make more? shelby is dead and now ford is gonna keep milking the big shelby compensatory dick until everyone is just so tired of shelby (insert ford here) cumming off the line that they become more costly to make than sales makeup for
“yeah i had a v6 mustang in high school but now that i gradgidated and i work on an oil pipeline now i can buy a real mustang and i can drive it super fast like my v6 mustang from high school” the thought process of the owner probably. does carfax list the age of the previous owner? i bet its under 25
likewise one strut tower is further back than the other. this car is screwed
buddy you’re talking to a guy with a 4 rotor corvette project i understand being different but speed IS everything when you’re racing. the four rotor vette on the other hand is just to anger corvette purists.
sounds like doing it wrong multiple times when you can just do it right the first time and not have to do it again.
“The fine print on the 406 also calls for a high flow fuel system which is included on the LS but not on the 406.”
until you’re ziptied boost controller eats it and then you go from 9lbs of boost to 29lbs of boost on your cheap turbo which will overheat and cook its bearings if the engine doesn’t run stupid lean and kill itself first because its overboosted and the fuel map can’t compensate because you didn’t spend another $400 to…
i have to wonder why they didn’t go with a car older than 1976. especially being in california. theres no way in hell this car is getting past the smog nazis so how do they plan to ever drive the thing? what are they gonna do with it?
don’t even have to. i can show you a receipt for a ready to run 406 from skip white for little bit less then they have in their engine build all included. spend $50 on an ebay hei distributor and get a swap meet double pumper for $100 and i have a 555 hp 406 with no turbos and no pain in the ass tuning
power and torque figures disagree with you. they spent almost 5 grand just making a junkyard engine make 500 hp and its not gonna do it reliably with that cheap ass turbo setup. for $5000 you could buy a crate 406 with over 500 hp and not have any of the hassle of trying to convince a shop to tune your junkyard…
for less than half of what they’ve spet already they could have had a 500hp 406 NA sbc in that car and still money left to have had the car looking way better than it does
i’ve wanted to embark on building a PC of my own for quite some time now. i’ve done quite a bit of automotive work and assembled a few engines and done that sort of thing. is there a good forumn or website that can breakdown what are and aren’t good pc components and cases and stuff like that? like an introduction to…
guns dont kill people, people kill people they just happen to do it with guns. and thanks gourd you keep goin slow in the fastlane. someday soon you’ll start getting ticketed for it
speeding doesn’t in fact hurt anyone at all. speed alone is harmless. suddenly becoming stationary again from speed is whats truly damaging. rapid deceleration is the real danger. wanna get technical about technicalities then technically i can get technical too.
no it isn’t, speeding doesn’t create a moving obstacle on the roadway that other drivers have to navigate around because someone feels socialy justified driving slower than the rest of traffic.
