Spatula City!
Being in the Z community when the 350Z was first released, after teasing a more retro concept, I’m sure they’re going to mess this up. It’ll weigh about 4K#, have a beltline roughly equal to your ear, and a lot of pointless JDM headache-fueling interior treatments.
Give the Mk6 and Mk7 Golf R a look, or a Mk7GTI PP with LSD.
I’ve spent the last several months shopping for a classic (just bought a 64 Falcon convertible) and that’s overpriced for a 6cyl, at least here in NorCal. If it’s got original paint or long-term ownership, maybe ... but the rear bumper fit is a little wonky, it’s riding too high in back, needs a rear window, and ...…
If your job and love life have imploded, might be a good idea to not go hog wild with a car purchase. Mk6 and 7 GTIs are fun, sporty, moonroofy, economical, easy to park, and ~10-15K.
Yep. Was shopping for a replacement for my 205" long 67 Skylark Convertible. Looked at all kinds of things, really loved GM’s fullsizers, but oh hell, parking and getting in and out of driveways, no thank you.
Not sure I’m a fan of “good buy” vs “goodbye”. NPoCP was a little easier to wrap one’s brain around. And having the down vote as the first option is also confusing.
I follow up with, “I’m at work, with sound, and still don’t want to watch a video.”
Right?! Thank Dog for how easy redblock TBs are.
“Pillared Hardtop”?!
Man, I hope so. Continue to be super stoked for this. Delays suck, but on the upside, I get to keep waiting for the next gen PC hardware.
Ever since I noticed (was smashed in the brain with) the absurd front overhang, I just can’t unsee it.
Pepperidge Farms should also remember that the C5 came out 23 years ago and your smog-era C3 hate is pretty dated.
Wow - that is a super-edgy and totally creative comment, well grounded with facts and in no way evidence of a forty year old stereotype.
Recalls to my mind the stillborn Dead Island Epidemic, which I spent an unreasonable amount of time playing, and still exists in my Steam library.
“1.1 horseprower DC motor”
Something something Master Race.... really beautiful and smooth gameplay on my semi-potato PC.
Excellent post, and a poignant reminder of the shameful continuance of the embloatening of the modern automobile.
Dude, it’s absolutely ghastly.
Maybe instead of a brief article leading into someone else’s video, you could include some pictures of the car’s innards instead of sending readers off to find it for themselves?
