Yep.  I’ve got a 72 restomod and I just love letting it rip from 4-7K.  Especially in tunnels or next to soundwalls.

Rear-only is not uncommon (or un-useful) on pickups.  Keeps the rear brakes from locking up when empty.

I have the M2W switch (installed by PO) and after trying it a time or two, was glad the battery died in the quiet position.

That’s a good price on a rare car if it hasn’t been rusted/bondo’d to death.

Well, now I know to keep FB way off my radar when car shopping.

When I go places without runoff, I dial it way back.  Silly me, overconfident on a well-known track with lots of runoff, wound up spinning 3x in one day.  Not good.

I’ve never timed my laps for exactly this reason.  I’m a 9.5/10th’s driver once I get a few sessions of warm-up in, and there’s no reason for me to chase that last half tenth.

I honestly said “BAM!” out loud as I read this.

I’ll be dipped!  Never ever knew the ZR1 was wider.  There’s such a thing as too subtle, I think.

Totally a valid take.  However, I wonder if the uniqueness of the widebody and the holy-crap performance might shorten the timeline on appreciation.
