I think the Supra is ghastly, but in that color scheme, with that wing, it really works.

As a CPA, I appreciate the analysis.  Headlines like this make for good clicks, but usually the truth is buried further than the rabblers want to read.

I’ll play devil’s advocate:  If you weren’t using the autonomous hoohaw, you’d have been paying more attention.

Aero for efficiency or balance is not quite what that huge wing is about.  That’s high speed downforce, and likely not much use under 100.

The best thing my wife ever did (and there’s been plenty, trust me) was tell me (at 21) that I didn’t need to buy that new 1994 Miata R. Could we have afforded it? Probably. But continuing to own and maintain older cars made me thrifty and quite a capable wrench.
