Was the NSX ever a competitor of anything BMW was peddling? Don’t say M1.

Edit - “lame” is BMW abdicating, as they’ve done this last decade or so? Or “lame” is the homage concept? Hope it’s the former. Here’s a star in hope.
Good to see someone gets sarcasm. BMW has completely lost their way. I’d call the E46 the high point, but frankly fondly recall my time with my blown, Dinan’d E36M3 and wonder just why it was the crappy interior pissed me off so bad I sold it to buy a 1980 911. Followed that with a 05 CTSV.
This thing it totally overwrought. It’s a hyperbolic parody of what BMW’s used to be. It’s shameful, ostentatious, ridiculous, and impractical.
I spy an underdrive PS pulley? Matches the wheels nicely!
That’s precisely what I was referring to. Thanks for the clarification.
Looks like they farmed the coachwork out to Fisher.
Peering through drunk goggles? Or just trying to get a sightline through the quarter glass?
Hah! I totally stole the fatman and mininuke. Have yet to even fire one, but picked it up on general principal, and got away clean.
Holy crap, you’re right!
GM can afford to lease these things cheap because (originally said “of the comparatively lower residual value”) subsequently rationalized with “they need to move these things and nobody’s buying in spite of the enthusiast and media fawning”.
Dat overhang too.
Dat overhang.
“My step dad’s probation officer”
That’s a lot of dough for a fatchick.
What’s with all the O-rings?
Can you please stick to cars? I know nothing, and care little, for motorcycles (or motorcycle-based contraptions). If it was something bonkers (like that trike built from a semi) I could maybe see it belonging here for general interest.
So if the 8T carries 16K# (makes sense) and that’s 2K# more than the 6T (per ad text) does that mean the 6T was actually a 7T?
There’s a reason all the other shots are 3/4. Looks like a Volvo S60.
Just glad she didn’t bail over the edge. Probably lost her train of thought.
