At first I thought it was the rider coming back for his dislodged helmet.

And aren’t you just drooling all over your damnself for the chance to buy a snubnosed Buick with a king-size Caddy grillo?

YAWN.

Aaah, baroque monsterism at its finest!

We tow quite frequently with our Volvos - first a 97 855, now an 04 V70. Nothing major weight, mind you, but a couple thousand pounds of firewood and an ATV were no big deal.

Have done it all. Engine/trans rebuilds, suspension overhauls, megasquirt, turbo addition, most recently drivetrain swap (including electronics) from a 1990 Mustang into a 1959 Volvo.

I’ve been building one for a while. Bought a 1959 Volvo PV 544, lost my mind and decided on a 5.0 swap.

Good grief. How about we just don’t let idiots own or drive cars? Mandate safety inspections?

Had a track-day NA Miata - some suspension goodies, otherwise stock. Drove the ever loving shit out of it every day. Drifted more turns than not. Got 25mpg and rarely exceeded a speed limit. Brake pads and tires lasted forever.

Crack pipe... nice enough car, but just too much dough. Unless prices have surged since I shopped these (four years?) that’s 8K or so.

I concur. Any excuse to watch Fury Road footage is a good one, though.

Sounds like I’m more Amish than Amish.

GAaaaaagh......... why why why why why!?

Foggy blobs? Pass.

Well put. Still listen to CDs in my cars. Ride a bicycle in the actual outdoors for recreation. Build and fix things with my own hands. Hell, english, I’m Amish enough to not have or use a cell phone.
