And how do you suggest we handle a situation where a $1k 1980 Honda civic hits a $20k 2016 Honda Civic. Should the 2016 Honda Civic owner be responsible for the mistake of the 1980 Honda Civic owner because they have a nicer car? Absolutely not. If you cause an accident you are responsible for that accident regardless

So if a “normal” person rear ends me in my 765LT, I should be out the $100k that it would cost me to fix it? And not be compensated for the months that it would take to get parts? All because someone else rear ended me? That’s not fair. Whoever is at fault in an accident should be responsible for the damages IMO.

Not sure if you’re aware or not, but without electricity you can’t pump gas either.

The best AWD is electric AWD.

Mine just says “RS”

The $58k Tesla Model 3 does 3.2 to 60, 310 miles of range, and a 162mph top speed. You quoted the “4 cylinder mustang of Tesla’s” against a GT500.

I took a second job working 6-9am in order to save for a down payment on a GT3.

On a $200k+ salary I think a $60k car is fine.

I’m 21 and drive a Tesla, a lot of my coworkers are younger than 25 and can easily afford $60k+ cars. The answer is to be in tech.

The bolt is $36,620, and with the $7,500 federal rebate it is $29,120 therefore when the rebate goes away it is $36,620. MSRP does not include the rebate as not everyone qualifies for the $7,500(you have to have a tax burden of at least $7,500)

Yeah but in reality the owners don’t care about long term reliability.

I DD a ‘17 GT in the Bay Area(worse than any Houston traffic) and its fine.

What does this have to do with my comment?

Considering this is how he earns his money to afford those cars, it makes sense.

Lol, I pay about $6k a year for my Mustang. I wish that my rates were as low as the most expensive ones listed above.

Yep, I pay $390 a month for Insurance (no tickets, no accidents, single car home) and that makes programs like these an amazing deal.

Not bad, the first few technicals were fairly easy and felt like working with a team member as opposed to being interviewed. Im hoping the onsite is the same way.

Software Engineers, not Mechanical Engineers that someone like Ford would hire to make a regular car. The money is in the software.

I just bought a 2017 Mustang GT with Track Pack, Manual Transmission, and Black Roof for $32.8k.

Irregardless, you obviously do not live in California and don’t understand that the “speed limit” in HOV lanes is more like 80-85mph since they are restricted lanes. The driver of the car is 100% at fault for making a highly illegal and unsafe maneuver.
