YES

Some guy on the Target Facebook page was all “I won’t let my wife shop at Target anymore” and I was all “you won’t LET her???!??” And now both he and his wife have responded but I can’t make myself look because I’ll get too mad.

Not just the protection of women. “OUR” women. The possesive kind of tells you all you need to know.

It’s because they can no longer shit on gay people publicly without risking a gigantic reprisal.

I really fucking hate when men who constantly advocate for misogynistic policies suddenly claim to be out for the “protection of women.” I see this all the time now regarding refugees in Europe from right-wing men who spew the same hateful bs as MRAs do but now are really really concerned about women getting raped.

I'm okay with saying it is a city in Mississippi. Don't be shocked.

This is so fucking mean.

I live in a southern city, and the outrage on social media is unbelievable. And in my city, the outrage is AGAINST this whole bathroom bullshit. My favorite social media post is the lady who posted that we ladies are more afraid of no toilet paper in the bathroom than who is peeing beside us. For once, I'm proud.

So what? No, really. Who does that hurt? No one. They’ve been together for more than 15 years. Something real is there. It’s not for us to say that’s wrong. It’s not wrong. It’s just not what we personally might do.

Who is “preying”? mid 20s is a grown ass adult.

Here - let data tell the story. It isn’t guns/knives/poison/cars - it is the willingness to take another human life.

I like the way you distinguish between sins of commission and sins of omission. Those two groups of sinners need each other to game the system, and each can blame the other for creating conditions of systemic injustice.

I would disagree. Lived there for almost 10 years and got 2 “reckless driving” tickets (automatic 25 mph over limit - 76 in 55). Straight and clear roads. Yes I was a squid but drove a 76 Maibu in the late 80's....not exactly a hoon. In general VA Cops and the driving laws are in fact DRACONIAN.

Fuck Virginia. Was stationed there off an on throughout my naval career and I don’t miss that place. I booked it outta that state soon as I had my DD214 in hand.

i was helping my friend move in to his off-campus house, and we went shopping and he came up to me all cute and embarassed and said “i want to get lady products to keep in the house in case someone needs them, can you help me?” and i was so happy and it was so amazing and all men should be like josh.

I think this sounds odd because we’re used to guys not giving AF about anyone. I’ve walked around with kleenex, tampons, a small first aid and sewing kit since I was a teen and no one has ever found it weird.

that he fills with supplies for strangers in need! That’s good fashion.
