I am so ducking tired of the “you’re bigoted against bigots” crowd. Not all viewpoints are equal, dammit. If your viewpoint includes dehumanizing a human, it is not a good viewpoint.

I’ve owned a small company like you describe. And every company has an HR department, even companies with one single employee.

If there is no designated “HR” person, then HR is handled by the owner/manager/whoever-is-in-charge-of-day-to-day-operations.

There is a weird dichotomy to the lack of masks. It’s awesome to be able to ID these racists, but horrifying that they feel completely safe being identified.
