“It’s not even enough for the bus home.”

I adore Chris Evans in this. I also love that Lucas Lee’s stunt team in the movie is Evans’ actual stunt team. And that they all speak with his voice.

That must have been a blast to film.

I think it looks great, but hey.

It just feels a bit like things are never *quite* where my brain wants them to be - the shifter is too low and too far, the touch screen (I have a 2014, so it’s a Sync 2) is a usability nightmare, etc.

The Fiesta’s been paid off for 14 months, so as far as my wallet is concerned waffling is probably the best thing I could do.

It’s a fun little car. Limited practicality, uncomfortably stiff ride, questionable ergonomics, but if you can find an empty back road it’s a blast. I just spend too much time commuting in DC traffic to really get the most out of it.

Right. The Mazdaspeed3/MPS denotes a very specific approach to raunchy, raw driving fun, which clashes with their current attempt to reposition the brand. Refined, powerful, and sporty, though? That fits right in.

Ugh, I had honestly been planning on replacing my FiST with a Skyactiv-X hatch late next year, but if the turbo is even a possibility...

Who knows, maybe they’ll shove the 2.5T in there to give it a shot in the arm a year or two down the line.

Same. Also I hate the ergonomics, but the car itself is fun as hell.

I always thought the Axiom was a pretty handsome vehicle.

I’m willing to give Mazda benefit of the doubt. If reviewers/test drives say it drives/handles worse, then I’ll be first in line to complain.

Just like the Fiesta ST let enthusiasts down.

That’s a hard no.

I’m glad the Soul exists.

I don’t even like pickup trucks and I feel a weird compulsion to own this vehicle.

omg this rules.

R2D2 syndrome.

Think of it this way, Mack: at least you’re not Orlove.

It’s more likely than you think.
