Peart rode his bikes for about 50,000 miles and then game them to friends so he did not have to deal with maintenance. Anyone interested in this should do what Neil would do — buy a new one, get a pair of Aerostich Transit leathers ($2500), get good training, and ride.

Yes every gesture here is well known (head pat and foot pointing most common) except for the made up helmet thing that, as the prior commented stated, is known to your circle.

I was trying to navigate across 2 lanes of traffic onto an offramp in a 1997 Toyota Camry at about 40 MPH and did not notice a lane divider:

                       <—————- YEE YAW!
_____________ /`````````\ _____________

The car jumped the divider and landed and kept going, again as you said, no damage whatsover.

A guy in the town I live in has a replica Dukes of Hazzard Dodge Charger. It’s perfect. Many people would not get it, but for the people that do, and the owner, what could be better?

and not that the Chrysler LeBaron Convertible should become...” Become what?

Bike racks are a great upgrade. If you do not have one I highly recommend a wall mount for your bike rack. Makes it so easy to keep it organized.

I fully support the idea of people taking these old trails in the middle of nowhere, cutting downed trees in the path, and seeing the wonder that is America. But not in a powered vehicle. Get a horse and something that it can pull to bring your supplies. Your horse can ford a stream. Your Jeep can fuck right off.

Taking delivery of my Aerostich in two days. Can confirm I am jazzed for rain rides now.

Sounds like I need to dust off my leisure suit, baby.

I used to think Teslas were cool and the owners were lucky to have them. “If only I had the money,” I thought. Now not so much. :-D

Had to rent a pickup truck for a move and got a RAM BigHorn. Way too many gadgets. Poor on snow even in 4WD. I would take a Toyota Sienna with snow tires ANY day. (Had to rent the truck because the Sienna got smashed by...someone driving a pickup who forgot they had a plow on the front.)
