How is that stupid/creepy? It means you can use the best stated characters fast without a wait.

How does not being able to place your heroes make it easier? It makes you put your units into a better position which means you can have your squishy units on the outfit when you need them to be on the inside. And there are maps that separate your units so that’s an even bigger pain.
