I like #1, low budget movie that was about cars. The rest are what I call “terribly amazing” because they’re terrible, but so entertaining. Except Tokyo Drift.

sometimes the truth is hard to swallow
The worst film in the series is not 2F2F. The worst film is Tokyo Drift. It’s a spin off that they had to make 5 more movies to tie into the original storyline.
I think that a newer model Volvo is the best option here. They can be had for 30k I believe.
Is this just Mercedes trying to play catch-up since “all the news” right now seems to be about a Porsche electric car that is, you know, real?
neat! but the new interior looks dated. I think they could have done a better job for that kind of money. I do like the exterior though, even though its a bit loud for me.
Did anyone on Jalopnik ever play the old PS2 game “Zone of Enders”? The front end of the new NSX looks just like the Mech from that game:
Do you know how many of his supporters drive Fords? I’m guessing quite a lot of them. Even if they wanted to sue him, they wouldn’t. Because as loyal as (I’m stereotyping quite a bit here) F150 owners (that support Trump) are to F150s, they just might be more loyal to the president. Ford wouldn’t want to lose those…
“Rival Porsche AG, a unit of Volkswagen AG (VOWG_p.DE), has expanded its sales to more than 250,000 sports cars and sport utility vehicles annually.”
I think its because convertibles (and targas) have different regulations, and can have a lower windshield angle. Since they want the windshield as sloped & aggressive as possible, they make it a targa to fit those regs.
My dad will be 70 this year. He’s wanted a Corvette all his life (but has never had one), and he is VERY excited about the mid engine Corvette, so fortunately it’s not all boomers.
I hate to be “that guy”... but that’s not a convertible...
Up until this very moment I thought it was an accessory you could get from Dodge when you ordered the car. It’s loud and yellow, but the car is also loud. I like them. I wouldn’t buy one, but I like them.
I feel the same way. I’m looking into an STI now as it has 4 doors, trunk space, AWD (Michigan) and a manual... really my only other options are in the luxury market, and I probably can’t afford those.
Since when does Lexus make the Trailblazer?
Come on, we all are aware of the issues that the cars had. We’re all aware that people have been complaining about them for YEARS, and we’re all aware that Ford continually denied there was anything wrong. I drive a Focus (ST) and I’m not a Ford hater at all, but I’m glad they’re finally being held accountable.
I mean, you should be driving a kia.... from summit place kia...
Oh I completely agree! You can get a V8 for cheaper in that car than in the mustang or camaro, and there’s definitely a large population that wants a V8 and cool looks. They keep it relevant with the big engines without having to build an all new platform, but it’s not for me.
A Challenger for everyone? What about the person that wants a coupe that handles in the corners?
