I think I’m going to argue the opposite (with no data to back it up). I think that of all the reckless things you can do in a car, speeding on a highway is the least offensive.

Isn’t this thing competing directly against the GT3 RS? If so, being 8 seconds slower isn’t exactly an achievement.
I really want to like it, and in some ways I kind of do. But overall it reminds me too much of the early 00's concept cars (Woah, maybe that’s what they’re going for in the name?!), where the execution was boxy and just not quite there yet. The volt concept car and the nissan GT-R concept car come to mind the most for…
Currently on sale? I’d have it be the CT5-V Blackwing. It’s the last V8 manual caddy is going to produce, so I’m sure it’ll charge a premium.
They’re starting to drop to the 40s in the used market. A ct5-sport looks the part without the speed, and it’s well within budget
Personally if I were to do this move (which I’ve thought about doing more than once) I’d get a CT5-V. Every time I see one on the road I stare at it, they’re really good looking cars.
So many.
Are you sure not STI is coming? I heard rumor that Subaru has been looking at the success of the Corolla GR and the Civic Type R and decided they wanted back in on that action.
Maybe Cayman GT4 RS’s are hitting the used lot enough to boost the used market price?
my bad photoshop skills
I did a quick edit of the photo I posted for fun.
I’ve always liked the looks of the Infiniti FX50s. I’ve always thought that if they just made it a lot shorter and turned it into a sport wagon it would be a really cool looking car.
Ok, I hate when people do this and suggest the car they own (biased anyone?) but I am going to be a self hater and do that now.
this. The fines sound like a lot of money but if he made more than that selling those devices, then all these fines will do is show him that he can still make money doing it.
I think I disagree here. Not trying to offend the ecoboost owners out there since I share an engine(ish) with it, but when I had a Focus ST I was really excited to trade it in for an ecoboost mustang until I drove it. I found it was nowhere near as fun as the ST and even if it is faster, it just felt heavy and blah to…
I bought my last car from Varsity. I will say that they came to me with a pretty bad apr for 2020, and my credit score is pretty high. They did come back with a much better offer after I questioned it.
This. I agree with everyone below. 1st offense it’s impounded, second it’s crushed.
nothing wrong with an ST! It’s an awesome car but in my opinion if you have the money you might as well go for the RS, same for the R vs GTI
Kia Stinger GT is a touch larger version of the G70 and they are a blast to drive. You’ll likely get the remainder of the warranty too.
Maybe not beautiful, but every time I see a GR86 I think, man they nailed that car. I wish it came with more power because I’d buy one. Here’s a photo in case you’re living under a rock.
