Clean it with soap and water, with Windex is the final touch. Windex is not made for deep cleansing which is why it can take a billion passes to get it streak-free if you only use that. Start with soap and water to cut through all the grease and whatnot, leaving nothing but “water spot” level of dirt to Windex clean.

How do you lock your keys in the car when the lock button is on your keys?

I was behind a Mustang convertible with its top down the other day and from my Grand Prix  I couldn’t see anything of the driver but his bald spot.

The GT3 also has aerodynamic downforce. Cars of the Ruf’s era almost always had lift.

The issue is that there are far better cars in the same price range. That’s early 2000's Accord V6 money.

CP. This un-optioned thing was only $10.5 new, and a junkyard 260HP Caprice V8 with a 90's 4-speed slushbox doesn’t turn it into anything special.

You don’t paint it for the same reason you don’t carpet a truck bed: it’s a dirty utility area.

The math says 333,333 miles average out of an engine, which would seem to beat buying an entirely new car to get ~200k miles out of it.

All ‘Da Money

CUVs, SUVs, and trucks are primarily purchased because the driver is too fat, inflexible, and weak to get themselves out from behind the steering wheel of a sedan, while they can roll out of a taller vehicle. An Uber driver isn’t getting out so there’s no need to pay the stupid tax of a taller vehicle.

Anyone who goes to Aldi keeps an Aldi quarter in their car.

Timing lights are a relic of a time before we knew how to build engines.  They’re as relevant as shoeing horses.

My TTR 225 was quiet as heck.  4 strokes FTW.

I keep breaking my plastic lug nut covers.  Does that count?

Not even sure if it’s the “loud and obnoxious.” I think what really kills them is that they sell overpriced junk. Motorcycles that have the same displacement as a modern car engine but make half the power while getting half the gas mileage.. for the same price as a car. When the Japanese do better for half the price.

B... but 4d chess!

A dually will get you 6wd for a lot cheaper.

One of the reasons I like having a HUD is the ability to turn off all the interior lights.

Your garage would be a more pleasant place to work if you painted your walls white.  That gray concrete is eating up your light.
