Why?  I love what they are doing so far.  Pokemon photography is an actual profession documented in the original game and comic books, perfectly in the world and the spirit of the series.

Characters, yes; as a series, no. The core concept of Pokemon is to battle, collect, and trade, this title does appear to honor any.

My problem with this game is that it seems to defy the spirit of Pokemon. Rather than catch and form relationship, Pokemons are now interchangeable, you catch a bunch of them and deposit them into a goal. It made Pokemon collection into a chore rather than a special bond.

Just like Inklings, I don’t think Sakurai is looking to add dozens of attack types into the game. The style of Smash have always been fast, balanced, and power type.  Don’t want to confuse the players with too many variations led to a character being way too technical. I am still struggling with Joker and Hero.

The source material is a game of, honestly, over the shoulder shooter, where you shoot your fists rather than bullets. So seeing lots of variations in her attack, including charge, laser, tilt, and opposite directions is fantastic adaptation from the source material.

It’s first party Nintendo game, these price don’t usually drop, especially the DLCs. So DLC price is basically set, getting them anytime is as good as any. I would recommend getting the main game in the upcoming sales.

We have problems when electronic device commercials over promise and under deliver; books and movies with contents having nothing to do with what the cover promised.

It’s one thing to hide plots in trailers, it’s another to make falsified trailers.  This is very close to false advertisement.  I am sure there are more than a few Joel fans felt cheated out of their purchase.

I saved up to get Lego Island back in the days, hoping it would be a game where I can play with Legos like the way ads made it seem to be. It was terrible, beat it in 2 hours. Other than a catchy songs, “you can move a mountain if you do it brick-by-brick”, the game was a waste of time.

I don’t like this as much as the other ones in the series, a bit disappointed. The animation is smooth and clean, but that also made the motion felt slower, less jumpy, so the actions felt less crazy and over the top. It have the look of classic animation but doesn’t have its soul.

The ones who went flat out Alt-Right racist are not the problem, the problem is when Alt-Right’s strategy spread into every other channel.
