The quests actually aren’t that difficult to complete.  Just walk around the town talk to everyone, explore the environment for a bit, then return to the town.  By doing so, you can complete around 70% of all the quests.  

I really do enjoy the quests in this game, not only it builds up the world it also builds up its inhabitants. Especially those multi-part quests, you get to pick up someone’s story long after you had left that part of the game. Some quests require you to make decisions that affect those NPC’s lives.
