Make with the building of this car.

@irishman72: Who'd've thought ten years back that there'd be four American on the cars list.

I am proud of you, America. Cruze hatch? Bring it.

I have seen a great many wrecks in my time on the fire/rescue dept. Having said that 90% of the injuries/deaths could have been prevented by seatbelts. Ignorance may be bliss but seatbelts save lives.

That probably isnt regular foil either. That is probably tax payer paid for super foil. Just saying.

The interesting thing is that they sold that many.

@brandegee: A cloud with nothing in it.

Is it too early to start the "Save the Rapide's" campaign?

@Jared904: I agree. I would kill for more shootingbrakes. I always thought the current 'Bu in a shootingbrake design would be awesome. I would probably be the minority but I always loved the Malibu Maxx (not the previous generation sedan but the Maxx was special).

@DGarbs567: And you are basing this statement on what? Have you driven the NA Cruze? The reviews I have seen have been pretty favorable and I have seen and driven the NA Cruze. Being part of a Chevrolet Dealer helps. Now, if you are basing your statement on aesthetics only then that is your opinion.

And now we introduce a new mother of the year.

@Canuck Chinaman: At the time this car was produced it was representative of everything that was wrong with GM at the time. At the same time you could buy a better looking/driving/interior Malibu with the same engine for less money. Bonus? In the 'Bu the worst people thought was "look at the old person car" in the

@Jared904: I agree that the Giulietta is one fine looking vehicle but that doesn't rule the Cruze out as a good looking vehicle. I think the tail lights and rear end are far better done on the Cruze hatch than on the sedan. I do, however, agree that the front of the Cruze only looks good in certain trim levels. The

@Vavon: Kind of like showing pictures of the new Chevrolet Cruze hatch. Pictures is all we will get.

Drove a manual Saturn Vue for over a year. Awesome car. Great fuel mileage and definitely more entertaining to drive than the slushbox I drove before. Sadly it decided to die so I am back to a slushbox.

Me want. Sadly being in the US I will probably never get the chance.

@PHIL: That doesn't mean a manual can't be transplanted. Hmmm. I can dream.

I get the feeling that this will be an evolutionary step. Too bad Honda has always been known to be revolutionary.

I find myself strangely salivating over this. The only thing keeping me from it? Slushbox. Save the manuals.
