I honestly didn’t know that Hoonigan was anything other than a slogan or name. I associated it with Ken Block but that’s as far as it went for me. Triumph speed twin 1200?  The Triumphs are about the only bikes that look anything like the UJM’s of the 70's that have modern power output and a flat seat.

Royal Enfield’s Interceptor 650 comes to mind. The seat looks like a 2x4 covered in vinyl.
