So I got to the end of the article and I saw this:

I used to keep a motorcycle helmet hanging from the wall that I had crashed in. There was road rash going from right-temple area around the back stopping at my right lower chin.

Over here in Germany the GIs on base take the tops off in the spring/summer quite frequently. I see tops off on every wheeling video on Youtube just about.

I see it as more of a Toyota Sequioa competitor TBH. There’s not much there other than body-on-frame that says Wrangler competitor to me.

I hope so too, but it doesn’t look like the SLS or GT are depreciating as fast as other Benzes. Still would be nice though.

Totally unrelated, but I went to the Porsche Museum yesterday, and looking inside a few new cars, I have to say that Porsche is seemingly one of the few that gets it - a matte infotainment screen! No annoying glare while driving!

Abrams M1 tank would do nicely.

Never thought I’d say this about a Kia, but I’m *really* interested in that thing. 365 HP is certainly adequate for a family hauler.

Huh, today I learned. I thought a quadricycle looked like this:

Interesting idea.

Yeah, pretty jelly that the EU gets road-legal quads. Yes, you can make one in the US, but no factory new ones and I don’t consider the Ariel Atom to be a quad in that sense.

Yeah, and I want an Autozam AZ-1, kinda-sorta. But I really suspect it would be like the phrase that states something about never meeting your heroes.

Having driven and owned a turbo keijidosha, no, no you don’t want a kei in the US or EU. Those things wouldn’t survive a crash with a BMW 5-series, much less a Chevy Tahoe or a MAN freight truck.

Yes, yes we are.

Also, this:

Yeah, what is a flagship indeed. At least with Chevy (now), it’s the Corvette, wiht Ford it’s the Ford GT, with FCA it’s the Hellcat twins. Cadillac? MB? BMW? I dunno! ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Hopefully!

“LOL - if I could get a v3 CTS-V for under $30k, I’d be on my way to the dealer literally right now waving money.”

Heh, I’m on military orders - so it’s either 1.5 years or 5.5 years, and I’m getting homesick. Plus, with what’s going on in DC, I’d rather come back and hope to make a positive impact.
