Starred for my 90s crush and her character knew all about cars... *swoon*

I used to daily drive an M3 and really enjoyed it. But that was back in my 20s when I didn’t mind getting beat up. I had a Tacoma Prerunner (4x2 with 4x4 suspension), and it was a La-Z-Boy couch in comparison.

Yeah, the Jalopnik circle jerk gets very annoying sometimes.

Not really, the Lego sets used to be a lot simpler with fewer pieces. Legos are highly engineered, this costs good money. Take a Lego brick from your childhood, and it will snap together perfectly with a brick from that Porsche set.

I know, I know! I was riffin’ off the lead pic that Westbrook posted. Hey, at least I got the person right.

I’d been dreamin of the day you got COTD and I was up late enough to catch it!

I know you’re probably pretty good at parking $kaycog, but this dapper man will bring you this Ferrari and park it nicely once he’s done with seltzer water.

And FWIW, I’m originally from Houston. So yeah, miss the Continental days. Mostly caught Hobby as that was WAY closer to southern Houston. IAH is nice but vast. Frankfurt is busier, but IAH has way more land area like much of Texas.

I can’t comment on the pilots, as I’ve flown both and have yet (*knock on wood*) never crashed. But the service level is CRAZY better on Japanese airlines. Flown ANA and JAL - JAL is a bit better, but both are above US carriers. Continental used to be decent when it existed.

Ah, America West, one of the low-cost forerunners when low cost didn’t mean high suck. Meant a lot to us college kids back in the day.

The Taiwan one is too conservative. ANA let’s its poke-freak fly! I mean, Pokemon logos on the engine nacelles!! :-)D

Also:

False. Leave it to Japan to out-do everyone.

Jezus, man. Mad props to you - I drive the same gen Vette, but had to get an auto as my left foot is no-go for clutching after Afghanistan (non-combat related).

Por que no los dos?

Where is our resident BMW 5-series DIY fanatic?

FWIW, I appreciate your comments here and do NOT support the vulgar ad-hominem directed at you.

“(Just kidding, I’m always in the mood for ribs.)“

I have an APO address.

Huh, so this is the reason why no open fire-related recalls are allowed for vehicles when I turned in my truck for shipping back to the States today.
