Tom Scharpling as the Garagefather of Maxwell’s, please

Sam Rockwell? Marc Maron? RICHARD AYOADE? an actualy fun and creative looking animation style? Shit, it’s not like I’ll go to the theatre but I’ll probably give it a spin when it hits home streaming.

Is Disney World like Vatican City? That’s a news to me.
Still though, fuck Florida. You clearly hate human rights. And while I’m at it: fuck Texas.

I love how people are painting this as a result of JK Rowling’s rants and the Johnny Depp/Amber Heard fight when even the first one, done before all of this became high-profile talking points, was largely met with a resounding “Eh, it exists, I guess” reaction.

My point is that, like shows like Louie and The Wire (look at the AVC’s coverage of the last season if you really want to see an example of this), the criticism to me feels like it’s made with the predetermined understanding that it’s going to be positive.

Thought shed be a Star after “The Wackness”.

So the map stuff never pays off, and the kid knew the music on the phone/the phone #, but didn’t have it? Or he conspired with the white rapper on the tour to steal it, even though that’s never indicated in any way? And then he just threw the phone away because...? I’d say we’ll find out later, but this will probably

I can’t stand Socks. Just the sight of him makes my skin crawl. I don’t get what the guys see in him - they don’t usually like creepy.

BTW, if you guys aren’t hitting the info button to read the show descriptions for each episode, you’re missing out. The one for this episode:

Yeah, the mandated season length issue feels really massive with this show. To be fair, you can kind of see it as a criticism both ways as the show runner how many episodes they have to do and should plan accordingly. However, at the same time, it really isn’t coming across as if Marvel Studios themselves are doing

Sadly, I have to agree even though people will chastise me for even bringing it up. He has noticeably declined from just a few years ago. I hope they don't plan on a Biden 2024 campaign.

Seems pretty clear our President is as well by the criteria you are judging Sen. Feinstein by.

California considers vehicles deadly weapons, so it wouldn’t shock me if the first clip is ruled justified even under their recently changed use of force standards, especially with the cop’s narration about being “rammed”.

This is at least the second time Marvels TV shows have felt restricted by the (mandated?) 6-episode structure. I know it’s been a loose structure to this point, but why not just make it as long or as short as it needs to be? I agree that--while I’ve really enjoyed it so far--this show has a ‘rushed’ feel to it.

The first part of this sounds like an episode of Pawn Stars.

My takeaway, which seems to be shared in the comments, is that Khonshu is actually.....stupid. He may be the god of moonlight and vengeance or whatever. But he ain’t the god of mensa.

Now, I’m not a fancy big city lawyer but it seems to me Moon Knight/Khonsu should have submitted the magic Ammit-seeking scarab in Harrow’s possession into evidence.

I’m enjoying the show overall. I agree with others that the trial scene was frustratingly stupid. I hate it when characters unnecessarily withhold information or exposition because the plot demands that information not yet be shared. That’s bad plotting!

Oscar Isaac has been terrific, though. I’m borderline in favor at

  • “I would like to sell this item for 1,655% of what I paid for it.”

There was a plot beat that drove me absolutely nuts in this episode, especially since there was no even lip service level attempt at explaining it.
