Like the guy who's marrying my good friend who, in a post about the prom murder (I hate to call it that, but I also don't know how to better refer to it), commented that she probably ridiculed him and for men, that's more harmful abuse than the ACTUAL MURDER of this 16 year old woman.

Me too. I received soo many comments from men who said they have been abused by a woman in someway. I got links to random women who committed murders or whatever. Their argument: Not all men (or me), but definitely some women.
