station I use daily is 230 feet (longest in western hemisphere!) and it is brutal walking up the whole thing, ive done it a few times though. I can run down them in the morning no problem, but up? eff that.

Emby for roku (and media browser before that) is my favorite, it even pulls my DVR recording from my media center that runs a hd homerun prime, so I can watch recorded tv in my room and stream all my digital movies, etc.
