Yeah, I checked this out via my friends ps3, loved it so much I bought the soundtrack same day, its on my phone, gets listened to probably once a week, go get it people, give the guy 10$ for such badass music.

cant wait for this. I miss having a good socom to play, playing confrontation just never felt the same to me as those old stay up all night days of socom 2, 3, and combined assault.

@sunpop: yeah drop an old franchise with a heavy fanbase for a new one with a growing one. makes no sense

@Lokicharms: frago commands without needing to go to tac map, its the only way to issue commands when the command network is jammed, plus switching to chat with other platoon/squad leaders/ or as oic announcing to all squads, its quite useful in mag actually.

@puffa469: mag works fine with the ps3 controller, why would you want a broken dpad?

be nice if they brought it to PAX east to demo as well, considering I'm one of the PSEye early adopters that got shafted with 3-4 tiny games...

@Fonix: as much as i hate /6 and all their messups, i will give them credit, the dlc was worth every penny, i bought it at the time it was 9.99 though, the new maps are really cool, the old maps are fun to reply (night stalker, etc) and the thermal scopes bring alot more to the game.

@Fonix: assuming you never played old SOCOM games, confrontation is the worst, but its as of right now the only really playable one, thats why its still got a decent player roster, i play it here and there, but man, slant six did soooo bad on it, they took out alot of features that socom already had, lied about…

slant six developing = definitely wont buy.

pretty psyched so far, 10 minute commute, already got the friday off and I've had my 3 day pass for over a month now, cant wait.
