Almost all insurers either provided refunds, or applied credits to future premiums. If yours did not then it is in the minority.

Our insurance company gave us a one time payment towards the end of 2020 as a “refund” for driving less; but it was less than 5% of our total premium, so it really didn’t amount to much. 

Yeah the number of people willing to special order a car is pretty small. Not everyone wants to wait a year or more, with all the chip/supply issues we have had. The one company IMO that’s best about offering different on the lot colors seems to be Dodge.
