Just wanted to pop in here and say thank you again to everyone who’s read and commented on these columns over the years! You’re a very smart, insightful, funny bunch and it’s been so nice to share a little rom-com corner of the internet with you all over the years.

So...sticking with Kevin Spacey as your go-to example of someone who was wrongfully fired, then?

Yeah, but Stevie’s blind. What’s Noth’s excuse?

What, in this instance, does ‘proceeded to sexually assault her’ mean? Butt grab? Full-on rape? Both of those are sexual assault, but there’s a pretty big gap in seriousness.

If I walk up to you, sniff your neck, tell you that you smell nice, and then walk away...is it gross and wrong? Yes. Am I being predatory or abusive? That seems like a stretch.

Words like “abusive” and “predatory” are tossed around in just about every internet conversation about sexual misconduct and bad behavior,

“After reading these accusations of violent rape, I felt like I had to share my story. He smelled me one time. #metoo”

I think my favorite movie of all time is “Boogie Nights,” so you bet I am going to watch the fuck out of this bad boy.

My biggest problem with the movie wasn’t the double cross. Or the double cross of the double cross. Or even the double cross of the double cross of the double cross. It was the complete lack of chemistry between The Rock and Gal Gadot. There was nothing there. Zero. Neither of them can act.

I saw Eternals and French Dispatch this weekend and, somewhat surprisingly, of the two, I liked Eternals more. Eternals wasn’t great, but after the first 45 minutes it’s fun enough and I dig seeing the first living Celestials in the MCU. Kinda psyched to see the cosmic part of the MCU expanded beyond Guardians (and

Eh. Doesn’t make you a terrible person. Not even necessarily a bad person. Misguided, badly informed, emotionally unstable, traumatized... those are just a couple of reasons why people can fall in with that shit. It’s like being in a cult, there’s lots of manipulation and conditioning involved. At a certain point

Question is, did he lose his sense of smell? Would be a shame if he could no longer smell what he was cooking.

‘Fiddler in Da House’.

Now playing

“Thank you. You could have given us help, but you’ve given us so much more.”

Having had MS now for over six years, I can say that it sucks, but it’s also becoming more and more treatable. Being only 27 when I found out, I was a bit scared, but my doctor’s assured me that the advances in treating it have made leaps and bounds over the years. A lot of people, if caught early enough, may not have

I enjoyed his show, greatly respect Mr Rogers and think that the world would be a better place if more people followed his example and died in 2003.

Go ON, oh great and pious poster! Stand on your box and wax eloquent of the wrongness of everyone and everything while noting your own holiness!

Passion of the Christ 2: He’s back! in POG form!

“Can you love someone who did bad things?”

his resignation is the right thing to do *and* it’s the only way the DNC can claim any high ground on this issue.
