That’s better than a few years ago when it was basically the Deliverance network. Not doing a lot to fight the creepy hick stereotypes largely perpetuated by movies like Deliverance. 

This is like when people who aren’t very smart, but think they’re geniuses try to manipulate other people. Reminds me of this dude who I worked with that kept insisting his “lawyer” was looking at important documents... but when pressed for the name of his “lawyer” this guy would always try to change the subject.

Pretty ethnocentric to be mad that not every article is written with your country as the main character.

Huh. I rewatched the first one just a few days ago, and it’s incredibly poorly directed. Just some baffling cuts and decisions, especially during the opening scenes (the pacing ends up being totally bonkers). Do... do we need another one of these movies?

Such strong feelings about Curious George, which was an imperfect but otherwise enjoyable family movie. Worst part about it was David Cross’s animated ponytail.
