Don't forget unwatchable! TGD was just as empty, pandering, and dumb as Minions. (Though much more misguided.)

*billions, because we deserve only the worst as a society.
Agreed. I think that falls under "racism," though.
Or that they're "protecting" those who could claim it as birthright, since many of these people complaining don't actually come from said appropriated culture. (Remember all those white people in Portland complaining about white people making burritos a few weeks ago?)
I can see what you're saying, and I can see how using someone's sacred symbols would be upsetting. (I'm a Christian, and I feel a little uncomfortable when I see religious symbols used in ways like you described.)
Serious question: isn't all cultural evolution based on some sort of appropriation in some way? Like, unless we lived in a weird bubble immune from experiencing other cultures, some elements of one culture are "borrowed" by another.
No, the BIGGEST BIGGEST twist would be if he DOES die, but an alien only nacho can see turns nacho into the mute, broken Hector from Breaking Bad. No one would see that coming!
Yet you read and commented on an article about Wonder Woman on a pop culture site?
Then don't visit sites discussing tv shows or movies? "I want to read about movies and tv shows before I have a chance to enjoy them! But don't even hint at anything that might reveal insignificant plot points, especially if it's character driven shows, because then I'll be mad!"
"Uhhh I hope this pop culture review site I follow that posts up-to-the-minute reviews doesn't include spoilers in its reviews or discussion of pop culture uhhhhhh."
As much as that went in a predictable direction, I still loved it.
Profile picture is an accurate depiction of my feelings after your posts. Go back to the cave
Yeah. It actually SHOULDN'T have ended on a preposition. The way it is now sounds like early google translate.
No matter what they're for. This article enlightened the production, but they're still the stupidest, most fucking idiotic way to sell something. Everyone looks like a donkey brained moron, especially the company sponsoring the commercial.
Nothing like a tragedy to bring out the asshole commenters. What a world we live in.
It'd be awkward if that check bounced.
Maybe – just maybe – this woman went on the date as a friend or to be polite, but she realized this guy is a huge fucking asshole and she doesn't care about comic book movies, so she checked out.
Does chuck kill himself as a final spite against jimmy? Does that finally push jimmy to abandon his family name and become Saul Goodman?
And the "Pied piper leading children to their doom" joke (or whatever it was, I'm bad at dialogue) was amazing. They saved this for four season? My sides.
For some reason, Tay Zonday followed me on Twitter last week. I had no idea he was still a thing, but here we are.
