where I live in, we just did a Pokémon bar crawl. So we went to many bars, got drunk, made new friends, caught Pokémon, walked around NYC, and had a great time. Anyone that would hate on this game has: 1 never played it, or 2 is angry at life.

There is absolutely 0% chance that Pokémon will kill the gaming industry. Pokémon just came out, and it is summer so it is a perfect combo. When the weather turns cold, kids and teachers are back in school, people have filled their pokedex, and some new AAA games are out, nothing will have changed.
