No. Remove the proper names/adjectives/whatever they are - “camp” and “special” - and you’re left with “update adds an extra loadouts” which we would both agree is not correct.

The headline should be “adds extra loadouts” or “an extra loadout” but you’ve mixed the singular and plural.

I would say the RNG is the heavily part of the strategy. Planning for many possible outcomes is what kept it fresh for us. But I know what you mean.
