It burns! IT BURNS!

It’s really no surprise that some teenage boys love Trump.

Politics and twitter is like mixing meth and fireworks. I hate everything.

Yeah I don't know what you're on about. My tits make me incapable of understanding government.

Be careful there, you don’t want to splinter the audience.

I’d read that ... daily, if not hourly.  Totally staff it with great, insightful, and experienced journalist.  Fuck, I’d even help drive traffic to that kinda site.

STOP IT LEAVE POLITICS OUT OF WOMEN ISSUES YOU ARE DESTROYING SPANFELLERS VISION OF PROFITABILITY AND GOOD JOURNALISM TALKING ABOUT WOMENS ISSUES WITHOUT POLTICS STOP IT HOW CAN WE ATTRACT INVESTMENT OF OTHER PRIVATE EQUITY INVESTORS WISHING TO ALSO BUY AND FLIP JEZEBEL IF YOU KEEP TALKING POLITICS.

Historic times. Hey...G/O Media...you people should totally start a politics blog that could cover all this stuff as it happens. Man, that would be great, ya know?

Now playing

So as a Gen-X, can I tell you how much I’m loving this?

This so much. There will always be exceptions (richer or poorer), but most boomers have had a comfortable life full of periodic exotic vacations, cheap education, low cost housing, and maybe a classic car, motorcycle, or RV. Most who are struggling to make ends meet are in the position because lost a shit ton of money

“Ok, Boomer” sums up my attitude towards my parents’ generation (born in 1981 here) and the crap that they propped up and allowed to happen under their watch (several recessions, wasted wars, bailouts of industry, etc).

It’s true that there are “good” and “bad” people from that generation. I would say that the bad

Damn, that’s really fucking sad.

As an X’er with a kid about to start college, I (thus far) remain amused at this particular meme because I identify with it. My parents are in many ways great people — because of their support and financial assistance, I was able to get through college and grad school relatively little debt. As a result of that

There’s an article on WaPo right now that’s seriously suggesting that young people “volunteer” to provide elder care (outside their own families) when people don’t even want actual paid caregiving work because it’s so shitty, which I feel is the written embodiment of the “ok boomer” concept.

Clearly, the winner here is Gen X for absenting ourselves from this slapfight.

Careful, you’re flying real close to the sun there by putting “X” in the same sentence as “Boomer.”

I feel like there are an awful lot of non-boomers suffering from Boomer Stockholm Syndrome.

The meltdown over ‘ok boomer’ has been so delicious to this millennial. HOW MANY YEARS of shitty op-eds have there been about how bad millennials supposedly are, vs. how long it took for boomers (or the ones with media platforms) to lose their minds over one teen meme? Big sensitive hypocrites.

Just came to say Drew Magary’s new columns are at Vice now...
