I would’ve labeled this as a PVE mode, not single-player.  The game is still challenging to play by yourself because of all the various ship functions you have to run around and handle yourself.  Would be nice to see a true single-player mode with some NPC ship mates you can order around to better balance things

I would argue the fact it lets you try games that would ordinarily not be your cup of tea with zero ramifications IS part of the added value.  Instead of having to stress about “oh man is this game actually worth $30-60? I don’t know if I’ll like it, it might be buggy/broken, etc” and potentially waste your money you

Or people have had 10 years to find exploits.  It’s a rather involved bug to try and pull off, not one you’d typically just accidentally encounter in the wild.  What’s the big deal?

He fired 75% of the company on day 1. The site is still running, and adding new features. While that’s probably a bit too deep of cuts (moderation teams, etc.) and there have been some minor hiccups, the site itself has largely kept running.

With 25% of the staff.

What does that tell you about Twitter? That it had a

Yes and no.  The benefit to having multiple streaming services vs cable is you can cancel a portion of them to reduce your costs and just rotate through services every few months as new shows cycle in.  The cancellation process is far more hassle free vs cable

That’s $285 worth of games compared to the $137 for nine months of the subscription. Paying out of pocket, I probably would have only actually shelled out for Starfield, Hi-Fi Rush, Planet of Lana, and New Vegas, which is $130. And therein lies the rub.

Just because a source is non-ionizing doesn’t mean it’s not dangerous. Ionizing radiation has its own concerns but high exposure to RF has well documented adverse health effects including early onset dementia and even cancer. Studies have shown that 50+ minutes of cell phone use (as in holding it up to your ear, in

Yeah I don’t get the hate.  Just because a game lets you do something doesn’t mean you as the player have to choose to engage in it.  I think it’s nice that they let you experience them all so you don’t have to play through the game several times to experience each one.  I look at it like a “respec” system.  Join one

Knowing Google they’ll probably kill it off in 6 months anyway

Man who was once sued for defamation for baselessly calling a guy he was mad at a pedo is now trying to sue for defamation. Still pissed he got off on that one by basically claiming “it was just a joke, bro. I said I was sorry what’s the big deal?

Reminds me of Space Engineers.  It’s been years since I played but I remember at one point the default max speed in space was something like 100 m/s which is horribly slow and would take around 45-60 min to get to other planets.  Thankfully it’s an easy mod to increase this to whatever you want

Astonishingly, in the process, Pearce reports that she was so tired that she’d fainted on her return to bed and smacked her head

This definitely sounds like shitty VOIP with over aggressive background noise cancellation causing words to get clipped strangely and a poor bitrate garbling some of the words. He was probably calling in from an airplane

Literally in the first paragraph of the article:

Fairly certain the number of GT350/Hellcat owners in the US concerned about their Nurburgring track times is juuuuust about zero

Not all cloud storage is bulk storage.  It’s the difference between a standard Amazon S3 bucket vs Glacier.  One is meant for quick responsive transfers, the other is archival.  They referenced Backblaze as a bulk storage option.  Backblaze is an archival backup solution, not a cloud storage solution.  OneDrive on the

I don’t see anything in that thread about it not being suitable in all instances, just that it typically is not cost effective because of the cost of storage. But if Dropbox is giving unlimited storage for a flat rate...

GTA writing has always been a caricature of urban gangster stereotypes so whatever high ground you’re remembering the older games from is through rose tinted glasses my friend
