Nothing says Japan like yes we can... bread

@Lazlo: I'm so glad there are a few people around who understand this. Honestly, Sony is taking an incredibly long time to recover the cost on the system. A ten year plan is well.. kind of unheard of in this day in age.

I have games that aren't unopened. They are called christmas gifts. I got some games as gifts that I will prolly never play.

@RaptureScientist: It's true. Anything that is star wars will sell, absolutely. It will have a large enough base to produce profit very quickly.

@KittenKiller: I agree with you on this one. Its either 4 cyborgs in a top down view or go home. There isn't any reason to bring this franchise back if you're not going to update the graphics and just add some new weapons. An fps or a 3rd person game would do syndicate the same dishonor that FASA's Shadowrun game did

Mirror's Edge, Left 4 Dead, Fallout 3

@3inst3in: That may be true. But don't call mgschick dim. Different kinds of games appeal to different people. She prolly wants her 60 bucks to go to something that appeals to her. In this case creepy aliens on a mining ship trumps nuclear holocaust.

Gah I missed the whole uninstalling an activation thing in my blind drm hating rage. I guess that balances things better.

@Kounji: Well SHat I guess not. It still retains third party drm. At least it will be easy to get a new download but you still have to call.

Yeah, just get the steam version and you won't have to worry about this, prolly.

@mva5580: "People whining about their money is spent on an OPTIONAL HOBBY is pathetic and a joke. Deal with it or find something else to do."

@Kounji: As well as throwing lots of money and personnel

Kojima is mainly saying that the different game companies in japan need to interact with each other more. Its not that they need to make games like the way west does. They just need to have cross pollination when it comes to talent and ideas.

The things we nerds do. Have to say that's not a bad idea

Man, this is the most awesome video ever. I think people are taking this the wrong way. Seriously, he knows he full of shit that's the whole point.

Hey so I guess blizzard finally realized how loyal their fans are and no matter what they sell people will buy it. This is just great. So odds are you spend about 180 for a wow subscription , then 40 bucks for an expansion each year and now prolly a new starcraft every year for three years at 40 dollars a piece. So

This doesn't sound good at all.

This is ridiculous. Developers need to get out of the way of their titles. First it was Dennis Dyack this year with Too Human, now its Molyneux. What are you trying to accomplish in getting game reviewers to see it your way. They're going to ultimately come to their own conclusion. He should be focused on getting an
