Are you on the thinner side? I used to get quite sick anytime I would even drink a beer or two but I was also 5'11" 145lbs. Now that I’m closer to 200lbs I seem to be able to handle my liquor quite a bit better.

All this case proved was that Google put it’s own service at the top of the website, not that they manipulated search results. It’s similar to arguing that Google manipulates search results against CNN because Google News is the first thing that pops up when you search a news story.
