I actually love my $200 chromebook, lol. I have a Macbook Pro at home, but it’s way to heavy and has way too short a battery life for someone with a long commute like me. I use it for general browsing and school related work, and my MBP for heavier lifting while at home.

This is absolutely insane. This doesn’t eliminate the neurotic behavior behind your obsessive texts, which is the real problem. It just lets you keep it to yourself and probably take it even further than you could have through messaging.
