Every car company does this, Ford, GM, Toyota, and I’m sure others all buy their competitor’s cars and tear them apart, reverse-engineer them, and use those discoveries when creating their new cars.

I’m going to say that a 17-year old white male probably would’ve gotten like 5-10 years depending on his parent’s wealth whereas a 17-year old black male probably would’ve gotten 10-30 years depending on his parent’s wealth.
