Collectively those polls we’re outliers. Most polls had a 5-7 point race, the outliers on the other side had Trump up by one. The aggregate polls had a 5-7 point Clinton lead. So a 14 point Clinton  lead is an outlier by definition.

I mean, that Doom trailer is entirely in-game content - it’s just cut fancy and contains a mix of (in engine) cutscenes and actual gameplay. All in all, it’s all things that you will actually see while playing the game.

You’re probably on one of the teams that I was playing against. These calculators are mostly useful for creating a “training max” for programming purposes. For example: I’ve run 5/3/1 but instead of using a set 5-10# increase for each cycle, I’ve based it off of my max reps for my “1" set. I just plug the number into the calculator to aid my own calculations.
