There was a rumor leaked out of Foxconn that they were making dev unit docks that had a gpu in them. I seriously don’t see how it would work because the USB type c can’t push out information fast enough. Not to mention that won’t make up for a lackluster CPU and there isn’t enough ram to push out higher res textures.

6 weeks. Six fucking weeks and they’re still holding information.

Folders please. That would solve the issue and help keep clutter down.

Keep in mind they said the same thing about the ds and gba. It’s just them covering their bases. If the switch flops then they can push the n3ds as the go to handheld and start working on the ds line successor. If the switch is a success I’m sure we’ll see the ds kind of get phased out. To me, they need to go hard on

HaHaa jokes on you, I don’t even have a wife. I’m so lonely...

Well if you want one so bad you can have my wife for free.

I think 2020 is where it’s going to shine. They’ll probably do mobile gaming 2x2x

I honestly wouldn’t. I doubt the new 3ds will be supported past this year, same with the regular 3ds. I fully expect the switch to become their sole focus for both handheld and console games.

HE’S TALKING ABOUT MASTURBATION FOLKS.

Right but see the thing is, rumors are still just rumors, but facts are facts. Call me a fanboy all you want. Sony was never outed as ever having a drm system in place and there’s no proof out there that shows they did. They themselves have said no in numerous interviews even before the Xbox one’s drm was revealed so

But they were just rumors in reaction to Microsofts drm for the xb1. People thought that since a big player like Microsoft was going that direction then Sony would be too. But there’s no proof to back up that claim.

Sooo how come I could still play games offline without a day 1 patch when I got my launch PS4. I mean, if they backpedaled surely that stuff was already in the os and needed to be patched out like the Xbox one did right? Wrong, it was never there to begin with and there is no proof that there ever was. I’m 100% sure

Yeah I was kind of bugged that Amazon didn’t relay when orders were open and then opened them a couple of hours after everyone else. I went through GameStop online but I’d rather get it from a brick and mortar store if I can’t get it through Amazon. I was thinking of going through Best Buy or Walmart but they

I wasn’t so lucky. I tried staying up the night of the presentation to order it from Amazon but I had to go to sleep for work only to wake up around 4am to see that I missed it. So I took a couple hours off of work so I could go into GameStop when they opened and get it there.

I know the GameStop near me was only taking 25 pre orders while for the PS4 they had about 60.

The notifications take awhile to update so it doesn’t catch stuff like the switch coming back in stock because within half an hour it’s back out of stock again.

Both consoles launched with video capture and the PS4 could take screenshots. What they didn’t launch with was stuff like uploading to YouTube but the capturing part was definitely there.

Agreed.

To be fair it would be an absolute nightmare to emulate the PS3 because of its weird ass architecture and CPU. I really don’t even think the ps4 can do it. If it could have been done I don’t think they would have given Microsoft the upper hand in that regard.

I hope nier does well. After watching the double fine documentary and how much stress just making a damn game causes I’ve become much more sympathetic towards these larger studios that aren’t under the umbrella of a publisher and how much they put at stake making each game. After playing the demo for nier last night
