I had a feeling about this movie. The book is great and delves into a lot of the actual story behind Wiseau and his motivations. When I saw the trailers, it became totally apparent that this film would be far more of a “Hey, let’s laugh at this weird guy! Isn’t he weird?” kind of thing.

The only time I’ve ever been laid off was around this time of year. Nothing like soaking up the lack of daylight and holidays depressed, semi-permanently buzzed, and having to explain to family members you see once a year that you lost your job.
