I’m 26 and have just started drinking in the past few months, and only a handful of times. They’ve all gone well, so I thought I had this alcohol thing down. Half a bottle of scotch? Just a little talkative!

My dad got married the day after my parents’ papers came through. On my birthday. (And in my defense, in regards to the birthday discussion happening elsewhere, it was like my 14th or something. It still mattered.)

Does anyone know of women’s underwear in the style of boxer briefs? I don’t mean “boy shorts”, but underwear for chicks that has some actual leg going on. Panties and I are not on good terms, and I’ve always wished I could find something boxer-like.

Soft-boiled eggs are decidedly unbasic. I too have been trying many methods, with precise water volume and a thermometer, with no success. I salute you.

That sounds awesome. All I remember is that the base had both heavy cream and condensed milk in it. I’m sure I saved it on Pinterest or Pepperplate somewhere.

I made the most UNREAL triple berry ice cream last year. I have no idea what my base recipe was and that makes me sad, but it was so good. Twice as good and twice as bad for you as the grocery store stuff. And like three times as expensive....

I just need to put in a plug for No Bull Burgers. They are made in here Charlottesville and I’m not sure how widely available they are, but they are the bomb. They’re slightly fragile, but not overly so. We grilled a bunch for a company cook-out a few years back with no issue.

Yes! Quark is the most well-written and well-acted character in all of Star Trek, IMO.
