And were you bothered by the murder of cops in GTA, KANE & LYNCH, PAYDAY? Just wondering...?

What most people here want to selectively forget is that the North Hollywood Shootout was perpetrated by two gunmen who patterned the takedown over the movie HEAT. People want to think that art simply imitates life, but sometimes life imitates art.
Yes, many police have become "badge heavy" in these post-Patriot Act years, but the violence used against them has also grown dramatically. LAPD wasn't far from ADAM-12 until the North Hollywood Shootout. There is a lot of overreaction by PDs, but surely you've heard about cop assassinations?
I was just about to say the same thing. This game was the best new thing I saw today
Did HALO suddenly leave XBOX? Hmmmm... don't remember that happening.
Just over 5 million sold... literally half PS4 sales
RYSE... OF THE TOMB RAIDER. Sounds about right.
I'm starting to get legitimately interested in this game — took awhile, but I'm in.
I thought this was embarrassing actually. Hideo shows up and shows... more boxes... in an even more ridiculous context. Sexy boxes? Boxes that make enemies think you're one of them? C'mon. Sorry, but after playing SPLINTER CELL BLACKLIST, I'm taking more-and-more issue with Kojima's hijinks. I like humor and…
A new IP being exclusive is not the same thing as a long-standing multiplat series suddenly becoming exclusive. It's hard to believe you don't comprehend that.
From a SOCOM, MEDAL OF HONOR, and sometimes BATTLEFIELD player, COD becomes less and less interesting with each iteration — if that's even possible?
It's simple... a publisher-specific subscription service will quickly become both ubiquitous with the industry and abused. Expect many, many individual subscriptions, more content locked behind paywalls, and ultimately an inability to move content outside of said subscriptions... Meanwhile, physical copies will…
Personally, thought this looked amazing... until the supernatural angle spoiled it. Too bad.
There are plenty of games that are grotesque for their blood-soaked killing/"torture porn," but for me, one relatively innocuous game showed a disturbing lack of morality at the very core of its premise — THE GETAWAY.
I think one issue currently for older-gen games is pricing. Short of a subscription service (which is probably in the works), the current "rental" pricing for older games is much more difficult to figure than PS3 games. I think once the pricing scheme for PS3 games in sorted we'll see older-gen games added at a…
Although I would have liked Buser to definitively state that PS1 and PS2 would make it to PS NOW, I'm fine with Sony focusing on PS3 games at this point (beta). Certainly PS3 games are more resource-heavy than games of earlier generations, and I might be reaching slightly, but I think Sony figures that if they can…
That looked... boring.
Add this to the fact that an RT anchor, Sarah Firth, just quit today with the headline:
This is a big problem, but...
Reading a lot of the comments below just makes me ill. I own hundreds of games — some which are amazing experiences in both gameplay and story (that I gladly replay time and again!) — and... not one of them runs at 60fps.
