"Hearted" for that.

Have you tried conditioning it to sleep on the floor?

Thanks for that one... My laptop is Linux-only, but I'd never heard of that shortcut. I will probably never need it (unless something running through WINE crashes), but it's still very good to know.

Hi everyone! I'm surprised to see myself & my wife in a picture featured on LH, but I'm there... leaning up against the table with the Dunkin' box on it. And my wife was there with me (short hair & heels in the chair closest to me).

iPads are stupidly expensive everywhere..

But the most important question... "What's that very familiar looking logo all over the papers on the bulletin board in the background of the title image?"

As useful as that is to people who don't have a server or feel like setting up a folder shared using dyndns or similar, I prefer using [rightload.org] to upload to FTP and copy the link to the clipboard all with a single right-click. That way I don't have to "move" anything. For example, the image linked here -> [kon

Interesting... but I'd be more likely to try it if is was available as a Firefox plugin similar to Speed Dial, but with the ability to resize each "dial"/thumbnail position individually..

KatMouse has an option that's automatically enabled on first install that turns the middle/wheel button into a "push to bottom" button. All you have to do is disable it, and your normal middle-click function will be back.

Let's just assume that they didn't include Linux 'cause Linux users don't have the problems that Windows & Mac users have...

So you're saying they're in any of the 3 places that a switch can be?

Unfortunately, the number has to be labeled as something other than "mobile" in both accounts; that means that you will not be able to use your cell to send text messages using your gV number without a gV app, and the gV app can only be logged into one account at a time, so if both numbers need to be able to

Too bad Dexpot isn't very multi-monitor friendly (Yes, I actually do use virtual desktops, even with 3 monitors). I think I'll have to stick with VirtuaWin for now... even though that means no "Exposé" simulation. Although I'll probably be migrating my last non-Linux machine over to LMDE very soon.

I found your problem! "IE" ...ewww..

It appears that the correction has been made. I was pointing out that the original title had the "an"... not suggesting that it be used. (hence the quotes and the "?")

A better test is available here: [test-ipv6.com] it will actually give you more details than just "you're ready" or "you're screwed". It will tell you what's ready, what's not, and where the problem is. (Apparently Comcast still doesn't fully support IPV6 in my area, my connection passed for most things but failed

It's not saying that the browser is ready... it's saying that your WAN-facing network device (Cable/DSL modem) is ready. The browser can use whatever technology is placed between it and the sites it's looking for, as long as that technology provides the correct data.

Does this dialer work well on a phone that uses gVoice for 100% of calls?

@MaxStorm: That would definitely explain why my laptop will only connect to certain networks & just can't authenticate on others... I'd like to hear more details as well, if anyone has any.
