@johnnyabnormal: Mmm... concrete eating termites. What a beautiful weekend project for the mad scientist!

@Stevox: I hear ya... I just got a new keyboard at work with laptop style low-strike keys because my old Dell keyboard was getting more and more difficult to type on. Although the newer "flat" Dell keyboards are quite nice to use, too.

Digg effect brought to you by Lifehacker. =j

@ludwigk: "No, it is not imagination, it is actual hallucinatory sensory input."

The world -as-we-know-it- is so ending in 2012. =j

Behold his noodley appendages and rejoice! But $20 seems steep...

omg +10 for the reference to Ultron

@xxdesmus: I thought so, too. Oh, well...

@englishman: I don't care for the use of "sweeping ban" for anything on the net.

omg thank you. I honestly can't stand F-Spot, but I've also found that Picasa is way more than I need and somewhat awkward on my netbook. I'm thinking either Shotwell or gThumb are exactly all I need...

@murphyjacobs: I think you mean compostable. =) I don' wanna think about recycling this grapefruit

I dunno... I know OOo isn't always the best solution, especially on a netbook — though definitely a better solution over Office for sure. I was never that impressed with Zoho, and would be more inclined to just use Google Docs with offline mode than yet another account.

@fuchikoma: So true! I resurrected a 50+ year-old wood axe that was almost totally dull and rusted all over with just an hour of diligent work and a bottle of good Naval jelly. =j

/sigh Yet another grammatical misnomer that seems to happen so much more often over the last ten years. They're not "wet stones" but rather "whetstones" as in "whet: to make keen or more acute; "whet my appetite"; to sharpen by rubbing, as on a whetstone"

I don't see how this is different than hitting F11 and pressing Ctrl-+ a couple of times...

Great idea, doesn't work so well though... sadly.

@ptrader: omg yes... this would be awesome on my netbook!

And this is what I love about using Chrome. I haven't felt this safe from phishing, attacks, and hijacks since, oh, Mosaic and before those things were invented.

Wow, that was awesome... installing this on my Dell mini9 killed my wireless...
