As I said, Shulkin should be prosecuted for it. But she chose to be part of the corruption. She should have said what was being asked was illegal and she couldn’t do it. And if further pressure was put on her she should have taken it to the Inspector General.
If she changed emails to falsely represent what was going on to get Shulkin’s wife a trip to Europe she deserves to be fired. Now Shulkin deserves jail time and she’s likely getting scapegoated, but it doesn’t change that she was part of the corruption.
Vote people. Shut up and vote.
