Can we just… go back to the prose of season 1 again? I found the metaphorical speak and the poetic preachiness to be a bit much this season, especially past episode 5/6. I love the whole allegory and imagery of the show, but the dialogue, IMO, had me roll my eyes a bit on this one. It's too posh for my simple brain.

Nah. I'm hoping for a woman of color to add to the cast, to play the person Will may end up with. I'm a bit tired of the doe-eyed blondes and brunettes (and freddie) that the show has already been overcast with. Hetienne Park's Beverley was refreshing.

Jack living: stationed in a different field altogether via CIA stuffy nonsense, to return mid-season for Hannibal whereabout updates; Jack dead: buried with wife via Will (and perhaps Alana) at the beginning of the next season.

I see Alana making it to the next season. Her role in this one was modicum, although it helped set up Hannibal's world pretty nicely. Plus her fall wasn't that bad. Abigail, I would like to not see make it to the next season, mainly because of the doctor in me. You can't get sliced twice in on the same side of the

RIGHT? I was wondering just how fast all of this took place. Even if the whole thing was happening in real time, that was ample for back up to be on the scene.

Alana, unless she has a skull fracture is the only one that seems most likely to remain living given her injuries (her fall wasn't too great a height). Everyone else lost a LOT of blood. Too much blood for any sensible reason for them to continue living in the next season unless the EMT's made it to the house just a

Fargo's "Buridan's Ass"

Meanwhile Zeller and Price show up to work wondering why the office is so empty :(

WHAT THE HELL! How can Hannibal make a silver and blue paisley tie WORK with a forest green and rust colored plaid suit?????!!!!! Impossible

"The fish detract from the question by injecting an explicitly surreal/supernatural element into the show."

Well, i'd say Lester's framing Chaz in the way he did was also an extension of the hurt Pearl dealt him while alive. She always compared him to his brother, at once even declaring that she may have "married the wrong Nygaard". It's horrible that even in death he will besmirch his wife's name and reputation but I can

some of my pediatric patients don't know what "phone" is when its cradle-handle and dial form is used as an image on eye exams.

Zachary Levi! Because he's from around here (in Louisiana) too and he loves video game. And he's totes hott.

I don't understand what a "Tuberculosis sex scene" is. blood-tinged sputum fellatio? Amelie prattles this off like it's no big deal.

I found it strange that martin went both to the doctor's locker room (where scrubs are kept in bulk) AND went home but didn't bother to put on a pair of pants?

Lester is the one who knocks… courteously!

not sure about death though.

I'm from the South. And as a female, I find it very respectful. It's really an etiquette thing, but we do say our "yes, sirs and no ma'ams" where I'm from, Louisiana. This politeness and respect is why i think so many American others think the south is so hospitable. We, for the most part, treat each other (moreso

add Quvenzhane Wallis and we have a winning group of next gen actresses

Did… she really have that interview? What 10 year old uses the phrases "logistics involved" and "questioning reality" and "improvisation"? She's a genius!
