YES!!! Finally picked up a Vita earlier this year (to add to my portable-heavy 3DS and Switch home) and the main thing that's struck me is that darned sleep mode. I STILL use my GTA4 bag as my gym bag!!!  That thing is incredible!  And that collectors edition was only $80 at the time of release with the bag, locking metal safe, art book, and some other goodies.  

I’ve been in Customer Support positions in the video game industry for 11 years and have worked with companies like Square Enix and Activision. The customer support answer that was sent was... upsetting. To put it mildly. Here’s how I would have answered that email:
