Airbags. The secret is proper airbags for your suspension. If done right, you can ride at a low yet driveable height for actually moving around, and THEN you go low at a show or for a picture shoot. If you think you should have a fixed ride height that low? You're gonna have a bad time.
C'mon, its not that complicated. Pioneer because its pioneering, XF because its extra-friendly, 150 for the number of gerbils in the engine, ZK for Zund-Kontrolle (spark control), and 4 because its got 4 wheels. (yes, one is a spare, and you probably left it at the dealer, but shut the hell up.)

It's a Sterling Nova (British kit car based on the Beetle). It was sold in a few other countries (a Purvis Eureka here in Australia, for example). There are a few running around over here in Oz with WRX engines - there are a bunch of pics here, but not too much info.
I see as long as you're on your way after 50 feet, not continuous burnouts with the intention of destroying the tires, save that for drifting.

Makes sense to me. If a car starts out cheap, it doesn't have far to fall in terms of price.
Any freaking special interest plate. If you want to support a cause, give them money and buy a bumper sticker. The government has no place sponsoring your private group, no matter what it is. Our plates should be as minimalist and unobtrusive as possible. Europe has this one right.
It actually makes quite a great deal of sense. As well as being pretty cool, because the middle of the steering wheel never moves, Citroen designed a more sophisticated air-bag to protect certain parts of the face better than a normal balloon style air-bag, since the air-bag will always deploy in the same place.

Kinda reminds me of Just Cause 2 video game. Particularly when you shoot a gas bottle. Even better when you lasso a bad guy to the gas bottle, shoot the bottle and watch the bad guy fly off into the sky.
Maybe it's so if you're on the side of the road and you open up the "boot" you'll have some form of reflector for the sake of safety.
