Nah, he does it on twitter, his podcast, and to a lesser extent, tumblr. I’m not talking like, some allegorical putting himself in his work thing.

I don’t even think it’s as self-conscious as thinking it’s a shield. I think that he still thinks it’s about his own journey and that alone. Why think of a shield in that case?

As someone who’s never run in that industry, I’d like to hope that he did. Because otherwise the friends that chided me into it just being some big post-modern put-on are people I’m going to have to seriously reconsider associating with.

Shit! I didn’t even think of him. I’m sure there’s going to be a lot more.

It’s like how the double negative became an intensifier. English doesn’t have a central authority that pretends to know best.

Terry Richardson is a lot like Jimmy Savile: he managed to convince a lot of people that he wasn’t really a predator by self-consciously presenting himself as a parody of a predator. This kind of person is especially dangerous because there’s pressure to be in on the joke.

He’s been pretty publicly processing his feelings about his problems for years now, I think it’s become a reflex for him. It’s not healthy for him, or respectful of the people who he’s wronged. It’s solipsistic.

It’s different because their nationalism is actively predicated on doing evil and has been for decades, due to an opportunistic alliance with the Catholic church.

It’s not. The DLC for Wolfenstein 2 is just an in-universe video game created by a two resistance members, and even in the DLC football’s been phased out.

Anyone else wanna start a GoFundMe for Vic Berger to sue him?

The original game, The House Abandon, is sooooo much better than Stories Untold. While the other chapters are fun, they’re way less unexpected, and the final reveal is disappointingly cliche.

It’s been apparent for a while now that J.K. Rowling is basically evil. Whether it’s her comments during the referendum in Scotland, her attacks on Corbyn, her praise of Blairism... her fans seem to be much more progressive than her on a lot of issues.

I’ve been in a very similar position to the bisexual with lib parents. Liberal parents don’t want their kids to be queer. Not because they’re homophobic, but because they want their kids to have an easy time and it legitimately bothers them that something they have no control over means that their kids won’t have the

Really, the same thing goes for every branch of government in pretty much every country. People are only surprised by it because now it’s easier to document.

There are also enough gay vicars, some of them cohabitating even, that they’re just going to have to fucking deal with it sooner rather than later if they intend to remain relevant. Seriously they just need to make barely an effort beyond reforming faith-based schools.

The scene in 1 is great. Geralt, Shani and a guest you can bring are getting wrecked but run out of liquor and Geralt has to sneakily steal some from the woman Shani’s renting a room from.

The best Witcher drinking scene was in 1 tho
