Thanks for ruining the surprise for me? Is this article supposed to be clever?

Community never had a blackface episode. It had a dark elf episode.
The 30 Rock and Community ones still piss me off because of how little thought it went into it.
*shrugs* It’s not deserving of the heat in this take. But those suggestions still don’t reckon with wrestling’s history, just the edits.
I agree with disclaimers, primarily, and certainly before a lot of the 90s content or bloody content. Not a big deal. If they want to remove some ultra-problematic shit, I don’t think that’s ERASING HISTORY HOW WILL WE LEARRNNNNN
I don’t agree with the take and I think the anger/aggressiveness is questionable. They removed some racist shit, and the response is HOW DARE THEY. This is a a disproportionate response and as Tormented Thoughts points out: “It’s okay when people we like remove there racist content in order to preserve their image. But…
The take on this article literally seems to be
All I can say: bull Shannon facepalm
The “take” is we both clicked the article, read its dumb content, and now we’re in the comments like a couple of dummies.
So... WWE is the bad guy here for... Removing Uber racist content?
That’s because he’s not acting like Luke Skywalker. He’s, you know, an actor, and a pretty good one (see I, Tonya). With the clothes, and the hair, and a mild effort to act like Luke Skywalker it would be as close as any living actor could probably get. And I’d rather it be an actor than some creepy CGI recreation.
We all, well most of us, grew up with his voice as Joker in the Batman animated series. I didn't even know that until a few years after the show.
I haven’t really gotten into the firestorm that seemed to erupt among many of the fans of The Last Jedi (a much larger segment voted with their money by choosing to keep it instead of repeat viewings) but given the number of different interviews I’ve seen with Rian Johnson being as patronising as he is to Mark Hamill…
I think it was Lawrence Fishburne the reporter confused with Samuel L. Jackson but yeah same thing. How bad do you have to be at your job to do that?
In an age where racism is both prevalent and dismissed, where people of color are gunned down for the shittiest of reasons, all I can think of as a rebuttal to this insulting article is a quote from John McClane: “Well, at least I’m trying god damn it!”
Having watched the first three episodes, so far this has exceeded my expectations. The fight scene animation is great, and the voice cast is very, very excellent. The changes they've made from the comic have all been improvements as well.
He should have had GRR Martin make the names for him
Battle-Beast voiced by Michael Dorn
This is it, you guys. This is the big test series for whether or not the hour-long prestige adult animated comic adaptation will have an audience. God, I hope this works. Not just because I love Invincible and can’t wait to see it pop to life, which I totally do, but mainly because I have wanted this to happen for…
